- Marinate pork in garlic, vinegar, calamansi juice, MAGGI MAGIC SARAP, sugar, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
- Heat oil and fry marinated pork until golden brown. Transfer on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- To assemble, top cooked rice with the prepared pork tocino and serve with egg, tomato salsa on the side.

3 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
