- Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic and onion until limp. Add in ground pork and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes or until pork turned white in color. Transfer on a dish to let the mixture cool down.
- When mixture is cold enough to handle, spoon 2-3 tablespoonful of the meat mixture and put in the flatten eggplant. Cover meat filled eggplant with beaten egg and dash of flour.
- Heat cooking oil. Fry prepared eggplant for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Transfer on a paper lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve with MAGGI Chili Sauce on the side.
